New Zealand Delivery

We use Courier Post and Parcelwings as our preferred courier. Because of this, we can deliver to a PO Box if required.

We offer flat delivery charges as below :

  • North Island deliveries – $7.00
  • South Island deliveries – $9.00

There is an extra $4.50 charge if your address is a rural delivery.

Orders over $99 will be delivered free of charge anywhere within New Zealand.

Standard Delivery Service – Non-Signature required

We use a non-signature required, tracked service as standard. This means that the courier will leave your package in a safe place and you do not have to been home to receive the package.

If you require your package to be sent Signature Required, please note SIGNATURE REQUIRED in your delivery instructions in capital letters. Signature Required service will mean you need to be home to sign for your package and if you are not home, you will need to rearrange delivery with the relevant courier company.  We DO NOT charge extra for a Signature Required service.

If you provide us with a work/business delivery address, we will always send this ‘Signature Required’.  As some companies are quite large, we do this to ensure that if you are unable to sign for your order yourself, we are able to track who did sign, and where your parcel is.

(Note : We are unable to offer a Signature Required service if you use a PO Box number as a delivery address).

Delivery Times

Our courier collects at 9:00am and 12.30pm every day.

We will do our best to get your order to you within 1-3 working days, however delivery to the South Island and some remote or rural areas may take a little longer to arrive.

International Delivery

We are more than happy to ship orders overseas do so via International Airmail.  This is an untracked service with delivery approx 7-10 working days.


We offer a flat rate shipping of NZ$40.00 to anywhere in Australia.

Anywhere else in the World:

We offer a flat rate shipping of NZ$50.00 to the majority of all other overseas countries for most orders.


NOTE: If the shipping total comes significantly above this flat rate amount, we will contact you to advise the difference to pay.

The customer may then choose to pay the additional cost, or we are more than happy to refund the order.

Note: The customer is responsible for paying any VAT, taxes or duties relevant to your country of residence.
