As much as we want you to love what you buy from us, we accept that sometimes goods are just not what you expect.
Changed Your Mind?
If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you have ordered, you can return an item to us within 14 days of placement of order, unused, with the goods undamaged and in their original packaging.
NOTE: Change of mind policy does NOT include clearance lines, discounted items or sale items.Â
We will be happy to offer a store credit for the purchase price or exchange the goods for another item. Â The goods MUST be received by Squoodles before the 14 day period expires to receive a store credit.
Shipping costs will not be refunded in this instance.

In the event of an exchange, items are subject to product availability and returns policy.
You’ve received an incorrect item?
We’re so sorry! We are human and some times picking and packing errors do occur. But we also want to ensure you receive the item you ordered asap!
In this instance, we would require the incorrect item to be returned to us (at our cost – we send you a courier ticket to do this) and as soon as the item is received, we get the correct item on the way to you, and email you the new tracking number.
We appreciate that this does cause a bit of inconvenience and we appreciate your understanding on the very odd occasion that this happens.
Items arrived damaged?
We do our very best to ensure that all our products reach our customers in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that damage in transit occurs, please contact us at and we’ll get it sorted for you straight away.
NZ Post have a claims period of 7 days – so if your item arrives damaged we MUST be contacted within that timeframe.
Refunds
Refunds are at Squoodles discretion and will be processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 working days of us receiving the return.
If you choose to return items purchased via the Afterpay payment gateway we will refund your purchase less the 5% Afterpay administration fee.
We do not refund your freight costs. If your order qualified for free freight we will deduct the freight amount you would have paid from your refund amount.
We cannot accept any goods that have been used, have their label or original box removed, altered or damaged and we can only accept items returned if they are within their original product packaging and are in a resaleable condition as determined by Squoodles.
We also cannot accept any items that were on clearance or discounted at the time of sale (unless faulty and therefore covered under the CGA).
We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received by us. Understandably, without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund.
Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received in accordance with the returns policy. Please be aware that you will incur an additional freight charge for the delivery of the replacement item (unless the item was faulty, damaged, or sent to you in error).
We strongly recommend when returning items to use a tracked post or courier. Squoodles will not be held responsible for returned items not received.
After 14 days, the item is yours to keep and enjoy.
We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery.
Squoodles reserve the right to refuse an order due to technical problems occurring in pricing, stock holding or any other technical issue. The customer will have the choice to pay the balance owing to receive the item(s) or to cancel the order.
