Returns
Prior to any items being returned for refund/credit, you must first contact Squoodles via email on before returning the item to discuss the issue and ideally find a mutual solution.
Squoodles reserves the right to decide whether the item needs to be returned to us for further investigation.
If the item is deemed faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantee Act and a refund/credit will be issued.
We do not issue refunds/credits for change of mind.
We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received by us. Understandably, without the items we cannot issue an refund/credit.
Refunds/Credits
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
If your order was paid via credit card, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days of us receiving the return.
We do not refund your freight costs unless there is a fault with the item.

We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery.
We do our very best to ensure that all our products reach our customers in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that damage in transit occurs, please contact us at and we’ll get it sorted for you straight away.
Squoodles reserve the right to refuse an order due to technical problems occurring in pricing, stock holding or any other technical issue.
